The Prophet

William Marrion Branham

William Marrion Branham (1909–1965) is a prophet sent by God for the end times—a messenger meant to help prepare people for the return of Jesus Christ. His life is seen as guided by God from the start, with experiences he believed came from angels and signs that pointed to a special calling.

Brother Branham’s ministry became well-known in the 1940s and 1950s during healing revivals, where many people said they witnessed miracles, healings, and moments when he knew personal details about individuals. As an End-Time Prophet, his main purpose was to bring people back to the “original Bible faith” and to warn that many churches had drifted away from the truth. His teachings were to help people draw closer to Christ and be ready for His coming.

Bro. Branham’s lasting impact isn’t just in the thousands of sermons he preached, but in the belief that God used him to awaken people spiritually and point them back to a deeper, more personal relationship with God in the last days.

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Malachi 4:5-6
